The conversion of a 1,100 SF gym space into a golf simulator allows for all-season practice, as well as analysis of golfing techniques using video playback technology. Specialized lighting was installed for video clarity along with enchanced HVAC and electrical systems. The design program included lounge space for socializing, communal viewing of performance videos, and televised golf events.
